Is the coffee really certified mold and toxin free?

Absolutely! Our beans are lab-verified free from mold and yeast, so you get all the flavor without the unwanted extras.

What's the deal with that anyhow?

Many families already work hard to avoid hidden toxins in their food. Coffee shouldn’t be an exception. That’s why our beans are Certified Clean - third-party tested to make sure they’re free of mold, mycotoxins, and heavy metals. It’s coffee you can feel good about serving at your table - pure, safe, and every bit as delicious as your family deserves.

What about Fair Trade?

Supply and Demand Imbalance for Fair Trade Coffee: The demand for Fair Trade-certified coffee often falls short of supply, forcing farmers to sell some of their beans at much lower non-certified prices. Although we don’t exclusively seek Fair Trade certifications, we work with importers who consistently pay 30% to 100% more than Fair Trade standards for our coffee.

What about other certifications?

Cost Prohibitive Certifications: Maintaining certifications like USDA or Fair Trade is expensive, often too costly for small, low-income coffee farms. Large conglomerates sometimes exploit organic certifications to gain an unfair advantage over small farms, which contradicts our goal to support sustainable communities and small-scale agriculture.

Do you have instant coffee or pods, too?

We have whole bean, ground and pods. Let us know if you're into instant!

Do you offer decaf?

Decaf is heresy. You should repent.

Is there a minimum order size?

No, there’s no minimum. However, we appreciate when organizers group items together before placing an order - it saves on shipping and helps us keep fundraising prices low.

Can I ship coffee directly to friends or family as a gift?

All fundraiser orders ship together to your coordinator for distribution. This helps us keep costs low and maximize the funds raised for your community.

How fresh is the coffee?

Very fresh! Your coffee is roasted to order and typically ships in a day or two. This means it arrives at peak freshness - never sitting on a shelf - so your supporters enjoy the best flavor while your community benefits.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

No, we don’t offer refunds. Since this is a fundraiser, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
