Typical fundraisers are tough on organizers - chasing down orders and paperwork. With Classically Caffeinated, you simply share a link. Families order online, you get a nightly digest, and we handle tracking who owes what.

Why is the coffee so expensive?
Not at all. Our retail price is actually lower than most certified clean coffee brands. If you enjoy a strong brew, each cup comes out to about $1.25. Just a few skipped coffee shop visits easily cover a whole month of Classically Caffeinated - plus, every purchase supports your community.
Is the coffee really certified mold and toxin free?
Absolutely! Our beans are lab-verified free from mold and yeast, so you get all the flavor without the unwanted extras.
Which forms are available: whole bean, ground, instant, or pods?
We have whole bean, ground and pods. Let us know if you're into instant!
What's the deal with that anyhow?
Many families already work hard to avoid hidden toxins in their food. Coffee shouldn’t be an exception. That’s why our beans are Certified Clean - third-party tested to make sure they’re free of mold, mycotoxins, and heavy metals. It’s coffee you can feel good about serving at your table - pure, safe, and every bit as delicious as your family deserves.
How does the money flow?
It’s simple: Your campus pays you, and you pay us.
- Example: Person A buys a $25 bag of coffee and pays you.
- We charge you $20 for that bag.
- Your campus keeps the $5 difference as profit.

Do I have to collect orders myself?
Thankfully, no! When you sign up as a fundraising organizer, we give you a custom link to share with your campus. Families choose “Pay my fundraising organizer” at checkout, and we’ll send you a single link that aggregates their orders into one easy-to-place campus order.

Do you offer decaf?
Decaf is heresy. You should repent.
How much money does our community earn per item?
It depends on the item. Coffee earns your community $5.00/bag. Merch is typically higher.
How do I easily place an order for my campus?
We send you a single, simple invoice each week you have open orders. You can place it, or hold off until more people order.
Is there a minimum order size?
No, there’s no minimum. However, we appreciate when organizers group items together before placing an order - it saves on shipping and helps us keep fundraising prices low.
How does our group actually make money? Do we charge more than the price listed, or is it built in?
The fundraising profit is already built into the price. Supporters see one price when they order, and you don’t have to mark anything up. We charge your group the campus price, and the difference between that and the retail price is your profit.
Can I subscribe for ongoing support?
We don’t currently offer subscriptions, but if that’s something you’d like, let us know—we’re always exploring ways to make supporting your community easier.
Can I order other products besides coffee as part of the fundraiser?
Yes! In addition to coffee, we offer mugs, shirts, candles, and other classical-themed items. Anything purchased through your fundraiser link counts toward your community’s earnings.
Can I ship coffee directly to friends or family as a gift?
All fundraiser orders ship together to your coordinator for distribution. This helps us keep costs low and maximize the funds raised for your community.
How fresh is the coffee?
Very fresh! Your coffee is roasted to order and typically ships in a day or two. This means it arrives at peak freshness - never sitting on a shelf - so your supporters enjoy the best flavor while your community benefits.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
No, we don’t offer refunds. Since this is a fundraiser, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
What is Trivium Threads T-Shirt Factory?
Not every group has an easy way to get custom shirts made. Trivium Threads is our simple solution: upload your design, and we’ll print and ship shirts directly to you. At this time, T-shirts aren’t available through the “Pay Your Fundraising Coordinator” option.
