Clean shouldn't be a luxury
Why we test

Clean shouldn't be a luxury

Specialty-grade coffee is already screened by the SCA grading system against the defects and contamination that premium "clean coffee" brands charge extra to test for. We start there — then we had ours tested and proved it. Genuinely good coffee, at everyday prices, that also funds classical education.

Honest and modest beats impressive and unprovable.
